Nageswara (SP) Sripathi

Nageswara (SP) Sripathi is the founder of SPARC Learning Labs and helps guide the organization’s mission to make hands-on STEM learning, mentorship, and technology opportunities more accessible to students and the wider community. He also serves as the Head Coach of FTC Team 25611, Robotechs, supporting students as they develop engineering skills, solve problems, collaborate as a team, and grow through the robotics experience. His work connects SPARC’s community-focused mission with practical, student-led innovation.

FTC Second Head Coach · Lead Build Support

Narendra Thota

Narendra Thota serves as the second Head Coach for FTC Team 25611, Robotechs, helping guide the team through its robotics work and competition preparation. He plays a key hands-on role in the building process, helping students turn design ideas into working robot mechanisms, work through construction challenges, and refine their solutions. His practical support helps the team build with care, learn by doing, and keep moving forward when engineering problems arise.

Assistant FTC Coach · Build Support

Sasidar Mandava

Sasidar Mandava is an Assistant Coach for FTC Team 25611, Robotechs, supporting students as they learn, collaborate, and prepare for robotics competitions. He also assists with robot building, helping the team with hands-on construction and the practical work involved in bringing ideas to life. Through his coaching and build support, he contributes to a team environment where students can ask questions, develop technical confidence, and gain experience working together on real engineering tasks.

SPARC Learning Labs serves as a bridge to youth robotics networks like FIRST® (For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology). We offer workspace, hardware mentorship, and community funding to equip teams for the FIRST Tech Challenge (FTC).

Through this collaboration, students gain access to competitive engineering, scholarship opportunities, and real-world team dynamics.
